Pricing, renewal, and cancellation

These Subscription Terms describe how GLP-1Exit / Pepper subscriptions work. They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Use. Defined terms not explained here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
A paid subscription unlocks the full GLP-1Exit experience, including the personalized protocol view, prescriber packet, meal generator, adaptive insights, metabolic dashboard, glucose & CGM tools, Pepper voice features, and ongoing updates.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country and applicable taxes. Apple may display localized prices in your App Store. The price actually charged is the one displayed at the moment of purchase.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for the same plan and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges are applied to the payment method on file (Apple ID for in-app purchases, or your saved card for web purchases) within 24 hours of the period end.
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the duration and terms will be disclosed before you purchase. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial, the subscription will auto-renew at the standard price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel any time from the in-app billing menu, or by emailing drkristy@thecompanychiro.com with the subject "Cancel subscription" from the email address on your account.
All in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Web subscriptions billed through Stripe are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, email us within 30 days and we will review.
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen to re-link your existing subscription. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated health data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion removes your sign-in and your data from our servers and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first (see Section 5) — Apple subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, web/Stripe subscriptions per Section 5.2 — so you are not billed again after deletion.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. For existing subscribers, we will notify you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Apple may also obtain your consent for material price increases per its policies.
GLP-1Exit subscriptions are not currently enabled for Apple Family Sharing. Each subscription is tied to a single account.
Prices may or may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Apple collects and remits applicable taxes for App Store purchases. For web purchases, taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
